Marengo's resurfacing project approaches completion.
The city of Marengo road resurfacing project, which began on Sept. 28, should be completed by the end of the month.
Although all roads remained opened during construction, flaggers have been directing traffic on Willow Road, Sunset Drive and Van Buren Street.
The project includes patching and pavement removal, followed by resurfacing. Access to residents in being maintained at all times.
The city expects construction to be finished by Oct. 31.
