The meeting and notes were prepared by village clerk Karla Thomas. After the main issues of the meeting were taken care of, there were several items of business to discuss. The minutes of the November meeting were approved.
First, the meeting opened up to public comments and clerk’s comments. There were both a recommendation and a review of the approval of certain bills. The committee also discussed the RFP for several auditing services.
