The Johnsburg Village Board will hold special meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday to approve the disbursement of village funds and to discuss matters relating to village staffing.
The board is scheduled to approve disbursing a total of $298,222 from the village's general fund and waterworks and sewage fund.
The board also is scheduled to vote on an ordinance authorizing the sale of surplus village property and to consider a proposal from Hiller’s Property Management LLC for mowing services at village-owned properties.
The agenda states the board is planning to enter a closed executive session to discuss the appointment, compensation, performance, dismissal or discipline of specific village employees. State law allows the board to go into a closed session to discuss such matters.
