The Lake in the Hills Village Board will be holding a public hearing at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday on an annexation agreement for Lake Pointe Center Subdivision.
The hearing is in relation to an amendment to an annexation agreement proposed for the Lake Pointe Center Subdivision, near Algonquin and Lakewood roads, that was initially formed in November 2004. The amendment will allow a self-storage facility to be located in the area and it it would also consist of a new subdivision plan and a development plan for lots 3 and 4 of the property.
The agreement it states that Lakepoint - LITH Development Inc. owns seven of the 10 lots currently located at the property.
Members of the public will be able to provide commentary and other testimony will be presented during the meeting that will be considered regarding the amendment.
