The Huntley Plan Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. Monday in Village Hall to discuss a request for a special-use permit to operate a veterinary hospital.
Randall Road Animal Hospital, based in Crystal Lake, is seeking a special-use permit to be granted for a animal hospital to operate in a manufacturing district within the village. Thomas Manning of 15010 Church Rd. is a co-petitioner for the permit.
The permit request is for property at 11870 Route 47 and 11706 Dean St., owned by FNBC Bank & Trust.
A site plan has been submitted and according to the notice, petitioners are also requesting relief that might be necessary to allow development of the facility.
