Johnsburg will hold a public meeting March 23 to discuss corridor improvements on Church Street.
The village of Johnsburg announced this week that it will be holding a public meeting March 23 to discuss corridor improvements on Church Street.
The Church Street Corridor Improvement Project will span between Spring Grove Road and the eastern portion of Johnsburg Road. The project will consist of measures to improve safety, traffic capacity and pedestrian access in the area.
The meeting will focus on the proposed improvements associated with the project and its current schedule and time frame. Residents will have the opportunity to ask questions and offer commentary regarding the project.
The meeting will take an informal approach as an open house session at 5 p.m. March 23 at the Johnsburg Community Club on West Church Street.
The notice states that the consultant associated with this project and village representatives will be present to take questions. There will also be exhibits during this meeting to offer additional information regarding the proposed project.
