Trustees decided to place the proposed ordinance that would the additional liquor license to be granted to DM Burgers to the agenda for the board's regular meeting. The license would allow the facility to serve beer and wine to be consumed on the premises.

The trustees also discussed a video gaming license and a raffle license application for the Lake in the Hills Property Owners Association and the Lake in the Hills American Legion Post 1231 respectively.

The trustees also considered the Recreation Master Plan. The meeting minutes indicate that this plan was developed through the analysis of community survey responses and this plan would offer guidance for the village’s Parks and Recreation Department over the next five years. The plan would be utilized to facilitate partnerships, affiliate groups, recreation programming and how the department markets itself. This measure was also added to the village board agenda.
