Lake in the Hills is seeking residents' opinions about life in the village.
Lake in the Hills said the village's 2016 resident satisfaction survey is available on its website through April 15.
The village is encouraging residents to provide their thoughts on village operations and services, customer service and communications, transportation, departmental services and overall quality of life in the village.
Each section of the survey includes text boxes for more detailed thoughts and allows individuals to express concerns and recommendations for improvement.
The communication and customer service section asks if an individual has had any experiences with any of the departments and requests those that have had poor or very poor to detail the experience.
Responses will be accepted through April 15 through the village’s website.
