The Crystal Lake City Council will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday to consider several requests related to upcoming special events being planned in the city.
The special requests include closing a portion of Country Club Road for Run and Roll for the Dole Duathlon, a request from First Congregational Church regarding the use of McCormick Park for a church picnic and a request by St. Paul’s United Church of Christ for a permit to hold a flea market.
The council will also discuss a proposed amendment to city ordinances regarding panhandling.
