McHenry County Zoning Board of Appeals to continue hearing on conditional use permit for outdoor storage

McHenry County Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 5.

The McHenry County Zoning Board of Appeals and Hearing Officer are advisory bodies that conduct public hearings and make recommendations on all zoning petitions in the county.

Reclassification from the A-1 Agriculture District to the R-1 Single-Family Residential District with Variations 1) to allow a lot size of.46 acres instead of the minimum.50 acres required, 2) to allow zero (0) feet of road frontage instead of the minimum one hundred (100) feet required, 3) to allow a setback of six point zero four (6.04) feet from the west property line instead of the minimum twenty (20) feet required, and 4) to allow a setback of eighteen point thirty-two (18.32) feet from the north property line instead of the minimum twenty (20) feet required.
