Approval of Resolution 17-002, a Resolution Approving and Authorizing Execution of the Professional Services Agreement Between the Village of Wonder Lake and SAFEbuilt ILLINOIS, LLC
Motion By: Trustee Learman
Second By: Trustee Palys
Discussion: Village Administrator Weir informed the Board that Independent Inspections was bought out by SAVEbuilt Illinois, LLC; Village Attorney Curran informed the Board that a few small changes were made and that the Village may cancel out of the agreement with a 30 day notice
