5. Public Participation (Interested parties are invited to speak for two minutes. Any person wishing to address the City Council must approach the podium, be recognized by the Mayor, and provide their name for the record.)
6. Request an Executive Session to discuss the following:
a. The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the City pursuant to Section 2(c)(1) of the Open Meetings Act
