A detailed review of individual fines revealed that Committee to Elect Leda Drain was the only campaign committee in Prairie Grove that was delinquent in payment for January 2017, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
The largest fine that Committee to Elect Leda Drain has yet to pay was imposed on June 8, 2015, for a late quarterly report. The amount of this fine alone is $3,900.
