Absent: Spoerl, Jung Jr., Wilcox
Committee members present: Aavang, Hammerand and Thorsen.
Committee members absent: Wilcox, Jung and Spoerl.
Mr. Walkup called in for the meeting, but was unable to attend due to a lack of a quorum.
At 8:25 a.m. Chairwoman Aavang noted there was not a quorum, and the meeting was closed due to the lack of a quorum.
