SUGGESTED MOTION: Move to waive the reading of and approve the Consent Agenda as printed in the Board Agenda.

Move to approve the Consent Agenda including minutes; routine personnel matters; financial reports; bills payable; a Woodstock High School LUCHA club fundraising request 2019-2020; IHSA membership for 2020-2021; updated 403b plan document; a request to schedule a final and organizational meeting of the Board; Sourcewell cooperative purchasing agreement; E-rate tier 2 application; and High School Math Resources adoption for a second reading.
