Resolution – Property Right of Way Acquisition for Route 47 Project (208b) Approval of a Resolution authorizing the sale of City-owned property to the Illinois Department of Transportation for the Route 47 widening project and allowing the City Manager to execute all documentation associated with this sale.

3. Resolution – MBI Staffing TIF Inducement, 200 W. Judd Street (208c) Approval of a Resolution to induce the redevelopment of certain property within the Woodstock TIF #2 Downtown & Route 47 by MBI Staffing (200 W. Judd Street).
