1. Ordinance – Plat of Vacation – Oakwood Terrace Subdivision (216a)

Approval of an Ordinance approving the Plat of Vacation of the Access Easement, Lots 1, 2 & 3 of Oakwood Terrace Subdivision. DOC. 1

2. Ordinance – 2022 City of Woodstock Property Tax Levy (216b)

Approval of the 2022 Tax Levy Ordinance of the City of Woodstock, McHenry County, IL, to levy $9,359,221 in property taxes for Operating Funds in calendar year 2022 to be collected and forwarded by the County to finance the City’s FY23/24 Budget. DOC. 2

3. Ordinance – Opera House Surplus Equipment (216c)

Approval of an Ordinance authorizing the sale of disposal of personal property owned by the City of Woodstock, designating miscellaneous Opera House equipment as surplus and authorizing and directing the City Manager to dispose of said property as allowed by law, including but not limited to sale to the highest bidder on www.GovDeals.com, recycling,

donation and /or disposal. DOC. 3

4. Resolution and Agreement – Legislative Advocacy Services (216d)

Approval of a Resolution authorizing the execution of an agreement with Joyce Nardulli, LLC for Intergovernmental and Legislative Advocacy Professional Services. DOC. 4

5. Contract Award – 2023 Liquid Alum (216e)

Approval for the purchase and delivery of Liquid Alum be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, Affinity Chemical, LLC, Flanders, NJ, at the unit price of $389 per dry ton for all purchases throughout calendar year 2023.

6. Contract Award – Opera House Concept & Design Study (216f)

Approval utilizing Home Rule Authority to enter into a professional services agreement with DLR Group, Inc. from Chicago, IL, to provide a Facility Assessment and Concept Design Study for the Woodstock Opera House’s forthcoming renovation, enhancement and restoration project, and authorize the City Manager to execute a contract, subject to final review by the City Attorney, at the proposed fee of $52,000.

7. Contract Award – Applewood Lift Station Repairs (216g)

Approval to award utilizing Home Rule Authority a contract for repairs of the Applewood Lift Station to Dahme Mechanical Industries, Inc., Arlington Heights, IL, for an amount not-to exceed $49,888.
