4. 2024-20 – 142 EDGEWOOD – VARIATION – PUBLIC HEARING Simplified Residential Zoning Variations from the maximum height of 18 feet for an accessory structure to allow 18 feet 10 inches, a variation of 10 inches, from the limit of a dormer at 20% of the length of the side a maximum of 6 feet 4 inches to allow 14 feet on one elevation, a variation of 7 feet 6 inches per elevation, from the required rear yard setback of 20 feet to allow 5 feet, a variation of 15 feet.
