Illinois Department of Central Management Services Certificate of Authority Motion to approve an Illinois Department of Central Management Services Certificate of Authority  authorizing City Administrator William Derik Morefield to be able to enter into contracts, to include joint participation agreements, on behalf of the City of Marengo with the State of Illinois and any of its agencies or departments and is further authorized to execute any documents which may be  necessary to affect the purpose of this vote.
