Motion to Approve the March 24, 2026 List of Bills in the Total Amount of $2,146,878.54

a. Change Order #1 – Water & Sanitary Sewer Extension Project 

Motion to approve Change Order #1 in the amount of $105,115.25, increasing the total contract price  to $8,460,887.20 for the Route 23 Water & Sanitary Sewer Extension Project. 

b. Class A Liquor License – Dozer, Inc. for 214 S. State Street 

Motion to issue a Class A Liquor License to Dozer, Inc. for 214 S. State Street, Marengo. 

c. Class B Liquor License – Abbondanza Cucina, 228 S. State Street 

Motion to issue a Class B Liquor License to Abbondanza Cucina, located at 228 S. State Street, Marengo.
