Call to Order
The City Council of the City of McHenry, Illinois, met in a special session on Monday, May 13, 2024, at 5:45 p.m. at McHenry City Hall, 333 S. Green Street, McHenry, IL.
Roll Call
Mayor Jett called the roll. Roll call: Members present: Alderman Santi, Alderman Glab, Alderman McClatchey, Alderwoman Bassi, Alderwoman Miller, Alderman Koch, Mayor Jett.
Public Comment
No members of the public wished to comment during the public comment portion of the meeting.
Fill the Vacancy of Alderperson Ward 5
A motion was made by Alderman McClatchey and seconded by Alderman Santi to approve Andy Davis as the Mayor’s appointment to fill the existing vacancy of City Council Member – Alderperson Ward 5, with a term to expire April 30, 2025. Roll Call vote: 6-ayes: Alderman Santi, Alderman Glab, Alderman McClatchey, Alderwoman Bassi, Alderman Koch, Alderwoman Miller. Motion carried.
Adjournment
A motion was made by Alderwoman Bassi and seconded by Alderwoman Miller to adjourn the meeting at 5:47 p.m. Roll Call vote: 6-ayes: Alderman Santi, Alderman Glab, Alderman McClatchey, Alderwoman Bassi, Alderman Koch, Alderwoman Miller. Motion carried.
