e) Approve policy for staggering board member terms for 2025 election

f) Approve the pension application for Officer Juan Rocha

g) Approve the purchase of IPPFRA Retirement Guide Books for members

h) Change the next meeting date from 7/9/25 to 7/16/25; discussion and possible action to change meeting times
