Matt Volkening, a former Marengo Community High School standout and now a senior forward for the NYU Violets, is set to compete in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.
The Violets’ first matchup in the tournament will be against the Gettysburg Bullets.
Tip-off for the opening game is scheduled for Friday, March 6, at 3:45 p.m. at Silloway Gymnasium.
