Kate Eckland of Crystal Lake has been named to the Milwaukee School of Engineering’s Dean’s List for the Fall 2025 semester. Eckland is working toward a Bachelor of Science in Operations & Systems Management.

According to MSOE, undergraduate students qualify for the Dean’s List by earning at least 12 credits in residence, maintaining good academic standing, and achieving a cumulative GPA of 3.20 or higher. Those who maintain a GPA of 3.70 or above receive “high honors.” Students with a term GPA of 3.20 or higher who do not meet all Dean’s List criteria are placed on the Honors List.

Milwaukee School of Engineering is an independent, non-profit university founded in 1903 with about 3,000 students. The university offers bachelor’s and master’s degrees in several fields including engineering, computer science, business, nursing, mathematics, user experience, and construction management. Faculty bring practical experience into their teaching and emphasize learning through real-world applications. MSOE maintains partnerships with business and industry leaders to provide mentorship opportunities for students.
