Former McHenry High School standout Maddi Friedle played for the Ripon Red Hawks as they earned an 84-81 win against the UW River Falls Falcons in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament on Friday, March 6.

The contest, held at Memorial Auditorium at 5:30 p.m., marked the teams’ first matchup in the tournament.

The Ripon Red Hawks are scheduled to play again on Saturday, March 7 at 8 p.m. at Memorial Auditorium.
