Senator Craig Wilcox’s legislative office is accepting applications for paid internships this spring, aimed at high school and college students. The program is designed to give participants practical experience in the daily operations of a legislative office and help them develop professional skills in communication and community outreach.
According to the announcement, “These internships offer hands-on experience and provide direct exposure to how a legislative office works. Interns also gain valuable professional skills in the areas of communication and community outreach.”
Wilcox, a Republican, has represented Illinois’ 32nd Senate District since his election in 2018. He succeeded Pamela Althoff in this role.
