The Cary Zoning, Planning and Appeals Board will meet at 7:30 p.m. Thursday to discuss a proposed solar energy system and a senior housing project.
The board will discuss a petition from Gary Schulz for the conditional use of a solar energy system at 417 High Road.
The board will also discuss a petition from PIRHL Developers LLC seeking zoning amendments for a senior housing project, which will include three variations. The developer is also seeking a comprehensive plan amendment for the project at Three Oaks Road and Feinberg Drive.
