The McHenry County Human Resources Committee will meet at 8:15 a.m. Thursday to vote on creating a new, three-year project manager position.
The project manager would work generally in county administration for a three-year term.
Public Health Administrator Michael Hill will review the county's grant funded positions.
The board also will review a draft of the McHenry County Succession Plan. The plan is meant to establish clear procedures for each county department in the event the department's leader is unable to continue doing their job and includes the steps to be taken to hire a long-term replacement.
The meeting will be held in the County Board Conference Room at the McHenry County Administration Building in Woodstock.
