The Woodstock Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at 7 p.m. Monday at Woodstock City Hall to decide on a request for a permit for a residential addition.
The request is specifically for variances from the side and rear yard setback rules that restrict how close to property lines owners are allowed to build.
The request for the variance is for property at 1021 Tappan St. and is the only item on the board's agenda.
