The library is preparing to celebrate its 125th anniversary.
The Woodstock Public Library’s 125th anniversary will be the focus of its meeting at 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
Trustees will be discussing plans and events for celebrating the library's birthday on March 23.
The Art Grant Tile Project and the library's recently redesigned logo also will be dicsussed. The art tile project will allow community members to create tiles that will be displayed within the facility.
Responses to the library’s ongoing survey for community members that aims to provide information on how the library can improve and how it can serve Woodstock will also be discussed at this meeting.
Library Director Nick Weber told the Northwest Herald that the library intends to expand its services, including on the Web and in multimedia.
Events relating to Groundhog Day and trivia events will also be up for discussion.
