The Lake in the Hills Parks and Recreation Board will be discussing the proposed playground replacement project for Stoneybrook Park during its meeting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Village Hall.
The board will be discussing results of a village survey that concluded Monday that asked residents what pieces of equipment they deemed necessary for the park and allowed those that responded to comment on what would not be beneficial to the park and its associated playground.
The village website said that the park is scheduled to be renovated over the course of the summer.
The staff reports section of the agenda notes there is a proposed indoor recreation facility that could eventually come to the village.
An update on the National Recreation and Park Association Fund Your Park Project also is scheduled to be presented at the meeting.
