The McHenry City Council will be discussing a grant of easement for a communications tower among other items during its meeting at 7 p.m. Monday.
The council is scheduled to consider and vote on whether to approve an ordinance that would finalize a grant of easement and an assignment of a lease agreement with Global Signal Acquisitions IV LLC to allow a communication tower to be placed at 1415 Industrial Drive.
The council will also consider a zoning map amendment that would change a O-2 office zoning classification to RS-3 for a medium to high density single-family residential property on Dale Avenue.
The agenda also includes a revolving loan agreement modification with local business, Hidden Pearl Cafe.
This meeting will also consist of of a consent agenda that includes nine items that include a contract with Merryman Excavation to facilitate sewer system improvements and a contract with Teacorp Inc. for repairs and construction activity relating to Water Tower 3.
