The Prairie Ridge Gymnastics Co-op recently earned its second-straight Illinois High School Association state championship.
The team is made up of girls from Cary-Grove, Central, South and Prairie Ridge high schools.
Nikki Baars, a junior from Cary-Grove High School, earned first place in the uneven parallel bars and third place in the all-around. Placing fifth in the all-around was Maddie Solka, a senior at Cary-Grove High School.
