Notice is hereby given in compliance with the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Huntley, Illinois, that a public hearing will be held before the Huntley Zoning Board of Appeals upon the application of Daniel and Jina Baggio relating to the real estate commonly known as 10753 Santa Fe Trail, Huntley IL 60142; PIN: 18-27-306-006.
The request is filed in connection with a building permit application to construct a ±229 square foot addition on the rear (south side) of the single-family residence. The proposed addition will encroach 1.18 feet into the requisite 40-foot rear yard building setback. The property is zoned “RE-1 (PUD)” - Residential Estate - Planned Unit Development.
A Public Hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2016, at 6:30 p.m. at the Village Board Room, 10987 Main St., at which time and place any person determining to be heard may be present.
The public hearing may be continued or adjourned to a new date, time, and place in accordance with the requirements of the Illinois Open Meetings Act.
