1. Ordinance – City Code Amendments for Public Possession and Consumption of Alcohol

Approve an Ordinance amending Title 3, Chapter 3 (Liquor Control), Subsections 1 and 23, and Title 4, Chapter 9 (Offenses against Public Peace, Safety, and Morals) of the City Code of Woodstock, Illinois.

2. Ordinance – City Code Amendments for Train Depot Regulations and Public Urination/Defecation

Approve an Ordinance amending Title 4, Chapter 9 (Offenses against Public Peace, Safety, and Morals) of the Woodstock City Code to Prohibit Outdoor Urination and Defecation and Amending Title 6, Chapter 2 (Public Ways and Property) to add regulations for the Train Depot of the City Code of Woodstock, Illinois

3. Ordinance – Lake Marine Special Use Permit - Outdoor Storage

a) Adopt an Ordinance Approving a Special Use Permit for Outdoor Storage of Boars and Recreational Vehicles at 2050 S. Eastwood Drive, for the business Lake Marine.

4. Ordinances – Approving a Special Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development and Approving a Final Plat of Subdivision for the development of a Farm & Fleet Outlot at 11501 US Route 14.

a) Adopt an Ordinance Approving a Special Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development for the Farm & Fleet Outlot at 11501 US Route 14; and b) Adopt an Ordinance Approving a Final Plat of Subdivision for Pearl Street Woodstock PUD Plat for 11501 US Route 14.

5. Waiver of Bid – TIF Sidewalk Repair

a) Authorize a waiver of competitive bids; and b) Award a contract for the 2017 TIF Sidewalk Maintenance & Repair Program to Upland Construction to complete all work charged to line item 41-00-7-727 in FY17/18 for a total cost not to exceed $15,000.

6. Award of Bid - TIF– Downtown Brick Repair

Award a contract for 2017 Downtown Brick Replacement Services to Copenhaver Construction Inc. to complete the downtown brick paver maintenance work for a total cost not to exceed $25,000.

7. Resolution – MFT FY17/18 Funding Appropriations

Approve a Resolution for Maintenance of Streets and Highways by Municipality Under the Illinois Highway Code, which appropriates $722,000 of Motor Fuel Tax funds from May 1, 2017 through April 30, 2018.

8. Award of Bid – Old Courthouse Windows & Sheriff’s House Roof

Approve the bid for the Old Courthouse Window Replacement Phase 2 and Sheriff’s House Roofing Repair project including the base bid and Alternate 3 to Sjostrom & Son for a not to exceed the total cost of $401,292.

9. Ordinance – Temporary Traffic Regulations – Food Truck Festival

a) Approve an Ordinance establishing certain temporary parking and traffic regulations for the McHenry County Living’s Food Truck Festival on September 16, 2017; and

b) Approve the display of a farm animal(s), goat(s), during the Food Truck Festival, on the Square, between the hours of 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM on Saturday, September 16, 2017; and

c) Approve local businesses impacted by the event to offer sidewalk sales and outdoor dining in the public way during the Food Truck Festival, on the Square, as indicated within the staff report for Saturday, September 16, 2017.
