This petition was continued from the May 2, 2018 PZC meeting.
Comprehensive Land Use Amendment from Office to High Density Residential; Rezoning from O Office to R-3B PUD Multi-Family Residential; and Preliminary and Final PUD for a multifamily development to create 17 apartment units in the existing building.
4. 2018-17 Menards – 800 COG Circle – Public Hearing
