Village of Richmond recently issued the following announcement.
Would you like to save time with this FREE service and avoid late fees? Just complete and return the Utility Bill Direct Pay Authorization form (found in the "Forms" tab) and a voided check to the Village Office.
Payments will be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account and credited to your water account on the bill's due date!
