Village of Cary issued the following announcement on June 26.
NOTICE: is hereby given that the Mayor and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Cary, McHenry County, Illinois, has made a determination of it’s prevailing wage rates to be paid pursuant to “An Act regulating wages of laborers, mechanics, and other workmen employed in in any public works by the State, County, City or any public body or any political subdivision or by any one under contract for public works” approved June 26, 1941, as amended, and found at 820 ILCS 130/01-12. Prevailing wage schedule published at https://www2.illinois.gov/idol/Laws-Rules/CONMED/Pages/prevailing-wage-rates.aspx.
