Mike LaComb, Owner of Eagle Advertise, Design & Print powered by Proforma, is expanding his
Crystal Lake business base by entering into a new partnership with Terri & Mike Castner, Owner of
Proforma Prairie Promotions, of Libertyville. “We are very excited to be growing our promotional
products footprint, and now with this acquisition, we’ll have capabilities to cross-sell print to new
clients especially with our complete in-house graphic design capabilities,” said LaComb. Proforma’s
Mergers and Acquisitions Team helped finalize the business partnership on July 16, 2018 by providing
financial review, feedback on earn-out and helping with the final disclosure process. Proforma Prairie
Promotions, established in 2011, will bring substantial additional sales opportunities to Eagle
Advertise, Design and Print powered by Proforma.
