1. #2018-018 - Weiseguys LLC - Nunda Twp - B2-B2V

Variation to allow 76% of impervious surface coverage, instead of the maximum 50% impervious surface coverage allowed within a Sensitive Aquifer Recharge Area.

2. #2018-022 - Smrt Real Property, LLC - Coral Twp - A1-A1V

Variation to allow for a solid fence to be eight (8) feet in height, instead of the maximum six (6) feet allowed, and also to allow a solid fence to be located within the effective street yard.
