McHenry County Board of Health met August 3.

Here is the minutes as provided by the board:

I. Call to Order

      Meeting called to order by Dr. Stinson at 4:10 pm

      Present: Dr. William Stinson, Dr. Ted Lorenc, Juliana Morawski, Joseph Clarke, Dr. George Lin, Mary McCann, Cindy Gaffney

      Staff Present: Joseph Gugle, Darleen Volant

II. Public Participation

III. Executive Session

      Motion by Cindy Gaffney, second by Dr. Lorenc to go into Executive Session at 4:12 pm to hold an interview with Melissa Adamson for the position of Public Health Administrator. Motion was approved unanimously with a voice vote.

      Motion by Ms. McCann, second by Ms. Morawski to go out of Executive Session at 8:09 pm. Motion was approved unanimously with a voice vote.

             A. Interview for the Public Health Administration position [5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1)]

IV. Adjournment

      Motion by Ms. Gaffney, second by Ms. Morawski to adjourn meeting at 8:10 pm. Motion was approved unanimously by a voice vote.
