Lake in the Hills home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Lake in the Hills fell by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 8.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $153,000 - a 3.2% decrease over the $158,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Lake in the Hills in January 2016.
