Pistakee Highlands (McHenry County) home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Pistakee Highlands in McHenry County fell by $7,000 while total sales increased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 4.8% decrease over the $147,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Pistakee Highlands in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Pistakee Highlands for 2017 was $3,215.32. In 2016, the median sales tax was $3,164.80. This marks an increase of 1.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.3%.
