I. Call to Order: Village President Paul Smith called the meeting to

order at 7:30pm

II. Roll Call: Clerk LoSasso conducted a roll call at this time. Present were as follows: Village President Paul Smith, Trustees Rider, Zahorik and Salvo. Trustees Riley, Ruhnke and Wise were absent. Also present were Village Attorney Lisa Waggoner and Chief Nash.

III. Pledge of Allegiance: The Pledge of Allegiance was administered at this time.

VI. Consider Minutes of February 14, 2019 Regular Board Meeting

Motion: Trustee Zahorik Second: Trustee Rider Discussion: None Roll Vote: Ayes: Trustees Rider, Zahorik, Salvo and President Smith Absent: Trustees Riley, Ruhnke and Wise Motion Carried.

Consider the Minutes of the February 21, 2019 Special Board Meeting Motion: Trustee Rider Second: Trustee Salvo Discussion: None Roll Vote: Ayes: Trustees Rider, Zahorik, Salvo and President Smith Absent: Trustees Riley, Ruhnke and Wise Motion Carried.

VII. Consider Bill List Dated January 30, 2019 in the amount of $21,553,62 Motion: Trustee Zahorik Second: Trustee Rider

Discussion: Trustee Zahorik asked if Seecom is billed quarterly. Discussion: None Roll Vote: Ayes: Trustees Rider, Zahorik, Salvo and President Smith Absent: Trustees Riley, Ruhnke and Wise Motion Carried.

X. President's Report President Smith read a statement responding to statement read and submitted by Mr. Studer at the February meeting. A copy is attached at the end of these minutes,

XII. Communications from Trustees, Department Heads and Consultants

Trustee Rider: Summarized the 2/27/19 meeting. Still working on PD hiring process. Trustee Zahorik: Next meeting TBD. Reminded all to work on budgets. Trustee Salvo: Working on beach staff hiring. Chief Nash: Monthly reports were submitted. Building Dept.: There were no building permits issued in February.

XIII. Executive Session: (SILCS120/2(c) (21)of MA to review//discuss

September, October & November 2017and February & August 2018 minutes. Motion: Trustee Zahorik Second: Rider Roll Vote: Ayes: Trustees Rider, Zahorik, Salvo and President Smith Absent: Trustees Riley, Ruhnke and Wise Motion Carried. The Board went into Executive Session at 7:50PM

The Board resumed regular session at 8:03PM. Clerk LoSasso conducted a roll call at this time. Present were as follows: President Paul Smith, Trustees Rider, Zahorik and Salvo. Trustees Riley, Ruhnke and Wise were absent. Also present was Village Attorney Lisa Waggoner. President Smith stated that the Executive Minutes will not be released
