McHenry County issued the following announcement on June 13.
The McHenry County Department of Health (MCDH) Environmental Health office is relocating. On Wednesday, June 27th their new office location will be 667 Ware Road, Woodstock IL. Although the Environmental Health office will remain on the Government Center campus, the move means they will now be located in the Administration Building.
Throughout the move, the Environmental Health office will remain open for business at 2200 North Seminary Avenue. Beginning at 8 a.m. on June 27th, services may be accessed at 667 Ware Road. For questions or information contact MCDH Environmental Health at 815-334-4585 or visit www.mcdh.info.
Environmental Health Divisional responsibilities include food protection, onsite wastewater treatment systems, groundwater protection and the solid waste management.
