PUBLIC HEARING to consider Village Zoning

Map Amendments and receive testimony related to rezoning of Parcels 09-13-176-017 (Sompel Property), 09-13-177-002, 09-13-177-007, 09-13- 326-003(Anderson Property), 09-13-301-016, 09- 13-301-020 (Hughes Property), 09-13-301-018 (Cable Property), 09-13-301-019 (Ford Property), 09-13-326-030 (MWS Holdings Property), 09-14-300-027 (Fuhler Property), 09-13-400-024 Village Property), and 09-14-400-031 (Davidson Property) (limited to a depth of 495 feet from Johnsburg Road) to B-2 zoning classification

PUBLIC HEARING to consider text amendments related to Table 1 Permitted Uses of Section 11, Business Districts and Table 1, Conditional Use Chart of Section 16 Conditional Uses of the Johnsburg Zoning Ordinance and receive testimony

PUBLIC HEARING on deletion of second subparagraph of Section 15.6, Final Decisions, of Johnsburg Zoning Ordinance presently requiring a vote of three-fourths of the corporate authorities to adopt a proposed amendment not receiving the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission
