Richmond home prices rise in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Richmond rose by $17,250 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $209,750 - a 9% increase over the $192,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Richmond in January 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Richmond for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $5,203, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for January 2020.
