Crystal Lake Community Consolidated School District 47 recently issued the following announcement.
In January, District 47 sent out a survey to parents, students and staff about student cell phone use at school and began enforcing the district’s current cell phone procedure as outlined in the student handbook. As conversations continue at the district level about student use of phones, the cell phone committee is seeking additional input from middle school parents on the topic and will be hosting several focus group sessions next week (see schedule below).
