Cary Community Consolidated School District 26 recently issued the following announcement.
D26 GRAB & GO MEALS & FOOD PANTRY DONATION FOR JUNE
Grab-and-go meals will be available for pick-up for the month of June only on Tuesdays from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at Cary Junior High School. Food donations for Cary-Grove Food Pantry will also continue to be accepted at this location.
Meals are available to children 0-18 years of age. We will provide a week's worth of meals each Tuesday.
Food Pantry Donations :
We ask that you put your donations in a box or bag and place it in your trunk. At the drop-off site, remain in your car , pop your trunk lid or back hatch. Volunteers will retrieve the donation and shut your trunk lid / hatch.
Items needed for the food pantry:
- Diapers - Sizes 5 and 6
- Paper Towels
- Pasta and Pasta Sauce
- Mac and Cheese
- Dish Soap and Laundry detergent
