Help the Crystal Lake Park District celebrate their 100 Year Anniversary by making and decorating a cake! This is a fun and friendly challenge. Whether you are a professional baker or feel like you almost nailed it, we want to see and share your creations!
Contest Timeline:
May 7 at 5 pm: Entries due
May 10-12: @Crystal Lake Park District Century Cake Challenge Facebook Photo Album will be viewable for voting (likes).
May 12 at 5 pm: Voting closes
May 13 at Noon: Winners announced
Cake Challenge Rules:
All ages are welcome.
- All work on the cake must be solely the work of the cake artist
- No restriction on materials used for decoration
How to submit your entry:
Take a picture of your cake
- Email your entry to jleech@crystallakeparks.org.com by Friday, May 7 at 5 pm or
- Send via social media messages: @Crystal Lake Park District, @crystal_lake_park_district
- One entry will be chosen a ‘Fan Favorite’ based on number of likes on photo in our Century Cake Challenge Photo Album
- One entry will be chosen a ‘Staff Favorite’ based on Park District staff voting
- Winners receive a $25 Crystal Lake Park District gift card
- Winners announced May 13 at Noon
